Contrary to a simple conservative precept — local manage —   Republicans inside the Pennsylvania Senate are forcing their way into neighborhood governance through their proposed Senate Bill 448.

I urge Sen. Wayne Fontana and his friends to vote “no” on SB 448 and, in so doing, vote “sure” for local manage of governance and “yes” to keep neighborhood monetary decision-making.
